The perfect spot for the perfect, on the spot prepared Sandwiches that you can really sink your teeth in to. They prepare their own daily Baked Bread through a tiered recipe that is always fresh and fulfilling. So give their In-House Sandwiches a try or the White Cheddar Mornay that literally blew our taste buds out of the water the very first time we tried it. It's one of the top items which keeps us coming back time and time again. We love to visit America's tucked away cities such as Versailles in Kentucky, they tend to have these fabulous spots such as the Wallace Station which we're always proud to recommend. We love the daily specials which switch up each day of the week. Fried Chicken Dinner on Mondays, Meatloaf on Tuesdays, Pork Chops on Wednesdays, Shrimp and Grits (our personal favorite) on Thursdays, Fish Fry on Fridays and of course their Pot Roast Dinners each Saturday. Also, you must try and buy some for home later, their original recipe Bourbon Mustard. Another fun fact about the Wallace Station is that the site is a former train station which is a fun historical aspect. They serve many Louisville classics here and also offer some new spins that they have created over the years. The service here is old-school, meaning fast, no-frills and very efficient!
