VALENTINA'S TEX MEX BBQ
It's a rare find to come up to a Food Truck that can actually out-perform a restaurant in the mesquite-smoked BBQ world.. but this is such a gem. Seriously, we were quite hesitant to even try it but after we arrived, there was no question we'd struck gold. Miguel Vidal, his wife and brother run and operate this food trailer each day and have figured out the formula to success. BBQ get togethers are a long standing tradition for all families across the Nation.. so this is the atmosphere that the Vidal family strives to re-create here. The sweet aroma of the Tex-Mex menu is really amazing and will lure you in whether you've come to eat or not! Fantastic people are the key to this place and of course the food served here is excellent. Prepped for a day or more beforehand to give that full smoked, juicy, tear-apart result. There's no question you're in for a true phenomenal experience here and one you'll soon share with others. Again, don't be worried about the food truck concept as we've been around the block for many years and we wouldn't recommend it unless it truly impressed us. Come get some BBQ, it's hot and ready!
