TUFANO'S VERNON PARK TAP
The famous windy city visit cannot be complete unless you visit this award winning bar that has locals and visitors coming back time and time again. Located in the heart of Chicago's little Italy, they have become mostly well-known for their original recipe Lemon Chicken and of course the Stuffed Shells that fill up any appetite. Can you believe that they started up shop in the 1930's and continue to go strong to this day. We especially love the red checkerboard tablecloths, as probably everyone reading this has used one growing up or had one at a family picnic event. Well it's just a small touch but one of many that make this place remind you of homemade goodness and charm. The food and the folks here are simply perfect. Classic Italian food here is made just like from the home country, and if you appreciate that cuisine then you'll feel just like home here. They also carry a very good beer list which we try to order something new each time. Pairs very well with much of the menu and the servers will also help you make the right choice. Great place, well deserved recognition.
