If you've heard of the term Asian-Fusion, well these guys are what it's all about. The Rawbar is a staple in the Chico area and continues to draw in new crowds each and every day. Established almost two decades ago in 2001, they're here to stay. You'll love the interior industrial design that brings modern to the limelight. You can also admire some of the local artisan glass throughout. But, let's be clear.. this place would be nothing without the grace and skill of Masaki Tanaka! As you may expect, everything is super fresh and prepared to perfection. In addition to the great assortment of fresh sushi and rolls, they also excel in other menu items such as the Ramen soups, Shishito Peppers, Korean Tacos (legit amazing), Pan Roasted Salmon and plenty more. We appreciate that you'll receive just the right amount of attention here from the service.. not too pushy but just enough to be attentive. Great sushi place, check them out!
