Yes it's a food truck but it's quite unique as it's actually dedicated to the farm-to-table concept which we are always thrilled to experience. As you can then imagine, you'll get to experience local and fresh ingredients found across the great state of Michigan. When you think food truck, you usually think greasy and quick food.. but how about healthy, delicious quick food instead? As any popular food truck, you'll have to keep up with this moving food cart as they cater to all areas in the Lansing greater area. Be sure to keep up with them on facebook or twitter with @eatpurplecarrot. There is a wide range of items on the menu which go through brunch, lunch and dinner items. Sandwiches, salads and soups are the staple but there is also so much more to eat here and experience. Some of our personal favorites include their Smoked Brisket Sammy, Carpaccio, Smoked Lake Trout Roll and of course the Rhubarb-Orange "Poptarts" which are custom to the food truck. All in all, one of the best kept secrets in Lansing!
