Let's start off by letting you all know that this spot has made the Texas Top 50 Barbecue spots.. and in our opinion they are easily in the Top 10! The two masterminds behind the success of this spot include Michael Sambrooks and Bramwell (Bram) Tripp. Two amazing guys that had a dream and the vision to create this amazing restaurant. The secret to the BBQ here stem to the barrel-style offset smokers that create the perfect dishes you can order here. Of course, only the highest quality and best cuts of meat are used here, so you'll get the best of the best BBQ in Texas. The goal from the start was always to make everything from scratch and they have continued with that to this very day. As they like to say, the proof is in the pudding and we totally agree. In our experience, it's impossible to find a bad thing on the menu, so get out there and try it all. Some favorites here include their Brisket Sandwiches, Charred Okra, Pulled Pork, Beef Ribs or Beef Sausages, Pork Ribs, Mac 'n Cheese and plenty more. Portions sizes.. well it's enough to feed two people in our opinion and the prices are more than fair. Remember folks, all is made in house, fresh and cooked to perfection. It's all about the best BBQ you can eat here.
