What else can you ask for then a combination of brewing, cooking and baking in a restaurant. Well friends, when in Oxnard, that is exactly what this establishment consists of and we must politely add that they do all three tasks perfectly. Without hesitation, the best bet from the menu if you're undecided is that homemade, juicy Lamb Burger. But a close second in our eyes and taste bud experience would be the Meatloaf Sandwich. So juicy and full of flavor, it's like you made it yourself from leftovers in grandmas kitchen. As they claim in their slogan here, it's really about American Fare with an International Flair and we have to agree. A cozy pub spot that as we've mentioned before, carries a great assortment of local craft beers and wines. Opened up back in 2010 by two very talented women, Cathie Moreno and Lydia Galbraith. In addition to the great beverages choices here, the food here is just as impressive and we always like to mention favorites such as the Mac and Cheese, Fried Green Beans, Parmesan Garlic Fries which are always the bomb, the popular Belly Burger, Salmon Salad and wide assortment of Sandwiches. This spot really is like a scene out of Cheers, if you remember that series. But as sometimes we're forced to do.. we must inform that this spot has closed and is no longer in service. It's quite unfortunate as it was our go to spot when in town and we surely hope something similar pops up to replace it.
