The flavors and textures here are authentic and true to the Mexican culture and culinary traditions. Anyone and everyone whos ventures here will attest that they truly carry the very best Birria and handmade Tortillas in the city. We love the Taco Truck concept as well as you know it's quick, friendly and most importantly - fresh. When you visit fast food or big brand spots, most items are prepared ahead, frozen etc. Not here, you know it's all about quality and making each and every customer satisfied. They also have some outdoor seating so you can enjoy the food right there in the California sun. Staff here is super friendly and will always help you if you're new to the place and make recommendations accordingly.
