StickEm is one of those success stories we just love to share with our readers.. a true level of dreaming big, working hard and seeing the success come as a result. The dream started with owner and operator Chef Ermyias Shiberou whom opened up the original food truck concept of StickEm back in 2012. A few years later in 2020, he opened up the current brick and mortar version which spits out the best Kabobs in the state and caries a wide assortment of amazing Ethiopian flavors to the city of Memphis. While the heart of the menu shines with a large array of Kabobs, there is plenty more to explore. Keep in mind, the Food Truck aspect is still well and alive, so you have the option of visiting it as well as the restaurant. Crazy good choices here including some of our favorites such as the Red Snapper Platter, Tofu, Lamb, Chicken, Steak or Shrimp Kabobs, Loaded Nachos to start and more. It's the entire dining experience, flavoring of the foods and service that make this one of our definite must see stops for any real foodie when in the state of Tennessee seeking incredible Ethiopian foods!
