First off.. let's give a big round of applause and thanks to the two geniuses behind this bistro, Ty Chu and Hue Tran! Family owned and located in the center of Scottsdale, it's quickly grown to be the Vietnamese standard in the city.. at least we like to think so! When you come here, you can expect to indulge in the traditional flavors and meals from the old country with an exception assortment of new-age ideas as well. It's really a great blend of old and new which perfectly caters too all age groups and taste preferences. Of course, all is made from scratch here with daily fresh ingredients to make classics such as Rolls, Pho and Meat dishes authentic. As all is made to order, it may take a while but it's always worth the wait for fresh and quality dishes. The staff here is very welcoming, and due to the family owned atmosphere, you are made welcome from your first step through the doors. Be sure to tell them we sent you!
