Truly the epic definition of Mexican-Asian Fusion cuisine when you come to dine at the one and only Seoul Casa in Alaska! The service here is very quick, friendly and something that truly sets the tone for the entire dining experience here. This always goes a long way in our book as it's not simply the food and drink but the atmosphere and respect you are given as a customer. For those whom haven't had the chance yet to try a Korean Mexican joint, then this is a great place to start your ultimate journey to new flavors and food combinations that blow standard cuisine out of the water. Really a tons of goodies to try here but some standouts we suggest continue to be their Korean Fried Chicken, the 3 Amigos combo, Taco Salad, Kalbi Short Ribs, Kimchi Tater Tots, Bulgogi Egg Rolls, Quesadillas, Soju drinks, Kimchi-Rito, Mac Salad, Crab Rangoon and tons more. Great atmosphere is really the cherry on top when it comes to this spot and we're happy to recommend it.
