His love of cooking started at an early age of 6 where he firsthand observed the timeless skills of his aunt and grandmother perform their culinary magic. He was taught that cooking truly does come from the soul and he's happy to share his evolution and skill right here at the Sauce Boos Southern Kitchen. When you're in Draper and seeking and amazing home-style, authentic meal - this is the place to go. Starting just a few years ago in 2019 out of a Food Truck with a delicious Pasta menu, they have moved on to their brick and motor location that has expanded the menu. As you may imagine at this point, they are famous for their in-house sauces which are all original and created by the Sauce Boss himself. The menu here is truly incredible with finger licking yummy items such as their Fried Chicken, Pork Chops, Bacon Cheddar Smothered Fries, Cornbread, Pork Rinds, Yams and so much more you would typically find in the South.
