All in-house smoked and prepared meats daily, it's that attention to detail that truly brings the game up in this place to another culinary legendary level. When possible, local produce is always used, including the bakeries to bring you the freshest ingredients possible. Melissa McMillan has run this place since 2013 and has made her Pastrami sandwich perhaps the best in the Nation. But don't take just our say.. simply ask anyone who's tasted it! When you put as much detail in to the roasting, smoking and curing all in-house as Melissa does.. there is no doubt why her meat is the best!
