One of our most memorable visits to Kapaa include this amazing, counter-serve joint that dishes out some incredible meals. You'll find the classics here with a large assortment of unique variations while staying true to the traditional ways of Hawaiian cuisine. Open daily until 9pm, it's a local hot spot and a tourist favorite. As you may expect, these folks get all of their ingredients, fresh daily from local fisherman and local farmers. It truly creates a flavor profile that you cannot duplicate from even day old deliveries. Plenty of fresh and organic items that make each meal perfect and allows for the perfect flavor profile to shine bright. Simply put, ask any customer and they'll all agree that the food here is simply fantastic. But we must also express how incredibly warm and inviting the service here is as well. Typical Hawaiian charm but genuine and without effort. Tons of parking available and air conditioning is on point when you're taking a break from the hot Hawaiian sunshine.
