PORTER'S REAL BARBECUE
One of our favorite counter-serve style BBQ joints in the Tri-City area! No doubt that Washington is full of amazing barbecue spots but not many compare to gems such as this one. With two locations now open, it's easier to grab a fresh plate of goodness anytime you want. These guys take no shortcuts when it comes to authentic BBQ. Everything is prepared usually 12 to 14 hours ahead of time - because the process of BBQ cannot be rushed. The Porters started off their dream after years of experimenting and perfecting the art of BBQ - and opened up their first BBQ food truck. The crowds because so overwhelming and the amount of meat sold each day grew to the point where they were able to successfully open up a real brick and mortar spot. So much goodness here it's hard to just select a single favorite, because everything and anything BBQ is available here. Again, all made fresh each day and with secret, original and authentic recipes that makes Porter's the hit it is.
