One of the few Russian based eateries on our list based from the US and we're so proud to share it with our readers! The classic style counter serve cafe is such a rare find these days, we're delighted to visit when in Seattle each and every time! A massive authentic selection of savory and sweet Russian style baked goods that will never disappoint! In business since the early 90's, this bakery is really the best place in the city to get your sweets! Just a few years ago taken over officially by Chef Alyssa Anderson, they've taken it up a few notches serving and preparing in house the freshest selection imaginable. But they also carry other Russian delicacies such as their variety of homemade soups and piroshkies. They'll also prepare cakes for any occasion! For those unaware of what Piroshkies are.. well this will be a life changing experience for you. Popular over most of Eastern Europe, it's essentially a turnover with any combination of savory stuffing. Trust us, if you're a tourist or a local, this is a must see, must eat location for everyone! You'll be blown away!
