We LOVE food trucks and who doesn't really? Always unique, fresh and easy to serve. With so many different ones sprouting up across the country, it has become a bit more difficult to find the ones that count. Well friends, this one is actually as good as it gets. When it comes to anything and everything meals wise to do with pigs, these guys do it and do it right! One of the aspects which makes them pop out against the rest is that they're not afraid to explore crazy ingredients to create bold and unique flavors. The dish that has made them famous nation-wide include their Piglatin Plate which is a unique Columbian style dish with a deep-fried corn patty for the base.
