It really is all about authentic Italian, wood-fired pizza that will melt in your mouth. Say goodbye to that typical big chain pizza that you order late at night. This is what pizza is all about and the perfectly baked crust is what sets it apart. It's all old-school here as well just like the mother land with fresh ingredients and everything prepared on site. organic crushed tomatoes for the fresh sauces, mozzarella cheese that is only hand pulled, fresh basil and much more to experience here. But don't forget about the amazing Italian based desserts and treats here as well, so be sure to leave room for favorites such as the Tiramisu. Staff here, even during the busiest of hours is always friendly and courteous! We've had most of the menu over several visits to Pieous and we've never had a bad dish; in fact, it's difficult to choose the best one. It's evident once you're here that these folks are devoted full to providing the best possible Italian food with amazing, friendly service. We're in love, we hope you fall in love as well.
