These guys really do BBQ well and we're happy to recommend their establishment. They have their own special sauces and recipes that allow them to stay one step ahead of their competition, no wonder they are quickly becoming a local legend. You can't really go wrong with anything on the menu, but we suggest the Pork Belly Sandwich that is brined for 12 hours. Also try the Chopped Brisket Sandwich.
