This is one of those great dives that doubles as the perfect joint to have a cold refreshing beer on a Sunday afternoon or to double down on a great meal as well. They offer the perfect pairings of the two, so be sure to ask the service for recommendations. This neighborhood favorite is known for their Muffaletta and unmistakable Po' Boys, two classic standards from the south. We love the Cajun culinary scene and these guys out of New Orleans have done it more than justice. It's nice to also catch the latest game on the tv's throughout the interior. Plainly put, this place is the bomb and for anyone who want's some great deals, huge portions and amazing service - Parasol's speaks for itself. We've already mentioned Po'Boys, but did we say that they offer over twenty different varieties? The bar is located downstairs and offers a great assortment of delicious drinks, on tap and in bottles. Other great finds here include the red beans and rice, gumbo, Potato salad and the gooey cheese fries with gravy. A great place off the beaten path, that is surely a bucket list item worth checking off the list.
