Best place to experience true Southern style Indian cuisine in the state of New Mexico! This fantastic chill spot in Santa Fe has been serving locals some delicious dishes plus a great collection of beer and wine to explore. This is the brain child of the wonderful couple chef Paulraj Karuppasamy and Nellie Tischler. It's always about fresh and season ingredients to bring you vibrant and incredible dishes year round. They carry their staple favorites but also add new favorites often. Plenty of good things to try here such as their Dosas, Curry Chicken, Prawn Curry and plenty more. More importantly, the portions are great and the prices are fair. Service is always friendly and the artsy bright vibe here is quite memorable. Again, we have to mention the energetic atmosphere here as it's a nice and welcoming change to typical dining spots in the area. For those of you whom are in search of some serious heat, be sure to order the uttapam with just peppers! This will hit the spot, very much so! In addition, if you're new to the cuisine style then consider trying their tasting menu with the wine pairings. Really a great spot, highly recommended so be sure to check em out when in Santa Fe.
