Just a great selection of fresh and local meals with a Thai twist that will truly connect you like never before. Owner and Chef Opel brings you awesome concepts which include the Lamb with Pork, Glazed Garlic Chicken Wings and of course, classic Thai Pad Thai. Without question, no other spot that we've come across in Haleiwa serves up Thai food with such tradition and care like Opal Thai does. One of our favorite aspects of this dining spot is that the chef will come to you, ask you what flavors make you happy and then take the information and create the perfect meal for you. In a nutshell, an absolute banger of a restaurant and it will be a highlight of your Hawaiian trip. Some other favorites include their Krapow, Garlic Chicken Wings, Thai Beef Salad, Spicy Thai Basil Chicken Wings, Lettuce Wraps, Beef Skewers, Khao Soi, Drunken Noodles and more.
