When in Fargo, please do not pass up this sophisticated cafe that has the locals and visitors lining up each morning for the freshest, best baked goods on the block. A wonderful blend of American and European style desserts and goods, it's a chill place to relax at anytime of the day with a hot cup of coffee as well. When you walk through the doors in to Nichole's Fine Pastry & Cafe, you are transported in to a fantasy wonderland of all things good and yummy. Of course, everything is made from scratch, handmade early each morning using only the freshest and local ingredients. You will always find the traditional classic with a hint of new and trending ideas which the culinary mastery here creates for you each day. We often come and visit to have our morning brew and treat.. then take home a box or two of the best tasting goodness around, for later. With almost two decades of service, they have become a local legend and many often drives many miles to reach this place. The French influence here is outstanding and you will find anything and everything just as if you were in Paris itself. The pastries truly are impressive and melt in your mouth. There is always something new to try, another incredible creation that they've come up with to surprise us. Since 2003, Fargo has certainly become a bigger hot spot than it already had been thanks to this Cafe spot. The cakes are also outstanding, but be sure to order ahead of time to get exactly what your special event and guests require. Breakfast, brunch or lunch.. you really can't go wrong with stopping anytime of the day here as long as you're open for a treat of course!
