With multiple awards and world wide recognition in the culinary world, he shares his passion and love of Italian food with you each day. Most of us are aware of the popular Italian choices which you will recognize on the menu but some highlights will continue to be their Kampachi, Upcountry Red Pizzette, Spaghetti Bolognese, Truffle Pizzette, Ahi Bruschetta, Seafood Pasta (freshly caught each day), Espresso Short Ribs, Braised Lamb Pappardelle and plenty more. Be sure to save room for their handmade desserts specials which often include their finger licking good Coconut Cannoli!
