LA CATEDRAL
Unlike any other place you'll come across here in Cuba, it's the creation and vision of the one and only - Chef Diego Hernandez! With the origins going back to when he transformed his family home in to a restaurant, it's a place to experience some authentic and perfectly prepared Cuban dishes. Great live entertainment, outdoor seating and a pleasant yet upscale pub atmosphere. It's very welcoming to tourist and locals alike, you'll feel like part of the family here. This cathedral is the place of food worship and we agree! It shares outdoor characteristics of a church which gives it their signature experience. Very high quality of menu items to choose from at a very affordable and respectable price range. Their Goat Stew is simply incredible and a must have when here considering it takes half a day to marinate to perfection! Their pork, chicken, ham, shrimp and egg Fried Rice is also one of our very favorites. All is well here and they are waiting for your presence right now!
