It's always a wonderful treat to come across these Middle-Eastern based shops in our area and we're super excited to share this find with you. Whether you are familiar with it or not, it's a place you cannot pass up when in the Minnesota area. It's an amazing opportunity to explore and for some, discover, the original flavors found in this old world cuisine. It's all multi faceted spot which includes a full service restaurant in addition to a bakery, grocery and our favorite part, a hummus factory. Plus, they also cater within the area, so as you can see it's really a little bit of everything - and everyone. Fresh food with daily prepared ingredients is one of the secrets behind the success here and it truly comes out in everything that is prepared. Founded in the mid-80's, it has won many awards and remains the standard of it's kind. They also give back to the community and neighborhood which is a key factor to their philosophy.
