HIGHLAND TAVERN
Established in a building that has been standing since 1901, it's got plenty of charm, history and stories behind it to give you reason enough to visit, on top of the great food or drink selection. But we believe, that the meals at Highland Tavern are so tremendous they pair well with the atmosphere and mode of the historical setting you'll get to enjoy. Their signature Tavern Tots with in-house dipping sauce are addictive in addition to the famous Pork Rinds. On top of that, their 15-day-brined Pastrami Bombshell "Sammich" rules the day, any day. The Highland Tavern in Denver opened up for business back in 2006 on a chilly October morning. It's become that neighborhood type restaurant bar that everyone knows and treats like home. One of those spots where you come for a good meal and stay a bit longer for the great company. One of these spots should be in every city across the USA as far as we're concerned.
