It's rare we come across a fantastic and DDD worthy restaurant to add to our French assortment but this spot really earns the praise. A famous Latin-French inspired restaurant in Taos that specializes in breakfast, brunch and lunch for those nearby. Open Wednesday through Sunday from 8am to 2pm to fill your heart and belly full of goodness. They have been open for business since 2006 and continue to impress even after the many visits we have paid them over the years. They prepare many items in-house, baked fresh each morning to make your morning just right. You can smell the fresh aroma of the baked breads, pastries, croissants and much more just walking by. The service here is warm and friendly and you are never rushed. Also, one of the best spots for Coffee.. far better than your typical fast food chains you've come used to. Some standouts throughout our visits include their French Toast, Creole, Parisian Crepe, Taoseno and of course the many freshly prepared French Pastries.
