FOOLISH CHICKEN
The Foolish Chicken.. truly one of the more unique names to a diner we've come across and we have to agree it's a perfect match. A complete casual joint with a funky vibe that welcomes all. You are never rushed here and take all the time you need to enjoy a meal and relax. Great spot to go after a long day of work where you really do feel like home, outside of the home. A fantastic lunch and dinner menu is available here and of course, their dessert options here are amazing and our personal favorites include the Homemade Snickers Pie and Gingerbread Cake. Good choice of Beer, Wine and Liquor as well that pairs amazingly well with all meals, or of course, just by themselves. One of the more popular BBQ joints found in the Ottawa region and easily compare and surpass many alternatives found deep south. So many things to choose from that you can come several times without getting bored or ordering the same thing. But, just as us, you'll often find you find your favorite and stick to that. Portions here are always great and especially the sides which tend to be on the short side in other spots. Basically, BBQ is the key here and if you're aren't already, you'll become a fan.
