It's as fast food as you get in Cuba and we love every single bit you find here. Really is tremendously efficient service with a wide range of finger licking good items that will leave you satisfied with each visit. Chef Ugo Chigon is the master mind behind this operation and we're tremendously thankful for his vision, passion and dedication. Not to many Cuban joints in our opinion stand up to the level of service and quality of menu items, that is why it's on our list and it should be on your for your next visit to Cuba for sure! Two amazing dishes come to mind that we're happy to recommend. First, their Lamb Stuffed Fried Plantains which are seriously as good as they sound. Crunchy tostones at their best with the signature in house sauce glazed over top. Second, are their mouth watering Cuban-style ribs that we're yet to crack the sauce code for. Falling off the bone with tender juicy meat, it's something to easily compare to the best in Texas. Come get some!
