Celebrating over 20 amazing years in the food business, these guys really do have the perfect recipe to keeping customers in and out satisfied each and every time. We have had the pleasure of visiting the Empire Brewing Company multiple times and have always been more than satisfied on all fronts. This downtown Syracuse located grill and bar has the perfect mix of food and drinks to please all visitors, with all appetites and of all ages. When here, our personal favorites are the full-day marinated Sweet Fire Fajitas that are truly the bomb. However, as we are forced to report on sad news at times, The Empire Brewing Co., in Syracuse's Armory Square has closed it's doors in late 2019. With unknown details about the reasons for the closure, it's with regret we have to share the news that Central New York's oldest craft breweries will no longer be able to serve. A quarter of a century in business, we hate to see legendary and historical spots such as this end. For now, we can say we will miss some of the top hit items on the menu such as their Crispy Fries, Jambalaya, Sweet Fire Fajitas, BBQ Burger with the Onion Straws and of course the endless selection of Beers that spans all tastes and preferences. Again, this spot is now closed but was one of our favorites.
