It's a rare find these days with so many fast tracked food chains run by kids that don't have any passion. We love this BBQ spot that carries the classic counter service style that give it it's down to earth feel and hospitality. They are proud to always hold high 4 pillars here which include food quality, satisfactions guarantee, portions and service. All of these aspects are easily 5 star and make this place memorable and a place you'll quickly add to your Google maps to come back to again. They also have the best catering service in the are and if you want the best BBQ at your special event - these are the folks to visit. Without question, this place is 100% legit and bring Southern flavor to the city of Sparks. Most people come to Reno or Las Vegas when in the state, but we prefer to take the detour to drive by Carolina's. Be sure to check them out as well, come hungry and prepare to be impressed.
