It's not the only spot for traditional Catalan dishes in Barcelona, but certainly one of our favorites. It's by definition and just pure presence, a true local joint. These are the places not just for the folks whom grew up around here, but for the tourists as well. While it may be easier to simply find your familiar North American brand name restaurant when you travel, it's not a true experience of the food, culture and true meals of the countries you visit. It's very welcoming and there is no need to feel uncomfortable here. They will happily help you with the menu and with the affordable pricing, it's a place you'll never forget. You might find some locals enjoying a coffee or reading a newspaper - simply share a smile and find a seat. When you dine here, you will let the ingredients speak for themselves.. which speaks volumes. Fresh and local, it's like nothing you've probably had.
