No question that when in Juneau, this fusion-style mobile kitchen is the place to be to grab your fresh and ready handmade steamed buns! Not too many Asian-Fusion food trucks around, so it's always a treat to come across a gem such as this in the culinary outdoor world. For those new to these bun sandwiches, they are essentially a steam bun folded in half and loaded with incredible toppings that vary across all types of flavors. Diversity is always great and it's exactly why we suggest this place when you're in town, you will NOT regret it. Locally owned and operated, you can feel the love and attention to detail from the freshness, presentation, quality, customer service, generous portions and more than affordable price. They are open weekly from Tuesday to Fridays from 11-3. It's a limited window but well worth the visit. We are certain they will expand their hours as the demand continues to grow since opening the doors so recently. Check them out, they will soon become your favorite lunch time spot in Juneau.
