AUNT LENA'S CREAMERY

This family-run diner has been around for many successful years providing all visitor a true taste of delicious sweetness. With a handful of unique and original items on the menu, you're in for a real treat with essentially every meal available here, including their one of a kind Twinkie Gelatos that are easily a top 10 treat across the USA in our opinion. They also serve out a handful of other delicious Gelato flavors here which never cease to amaze us. For those that are new to Gelatos, be aware that it's not ice-cream, or as some tend to think simply a name for Ice Cream in Italy. It's actually healthier, denser and much more richer than Ice Cream. From last we've heard however, many years after our first visit, this place has closed. It's a real shame as without question it's a place that offered some genuine service and real classic flavors that most places these days just simply doesn't offer. It's a true loss for the Chandler community and we truly hope that Aunt Lena opens up again and revives her successful and popular Gelato establishment so more generations can experience it.
