When on Route 1, it's without question that joint to fill your heart and belly! It's all about the Mexican cuisine in the modern light of today. Chef David Vargas is at the helm here and rightly so. It's all about the rich bright colors, flavors and traditions he was brought up with and pushing them past the traditional limits to new heights of pride. The taco selection here is truly off the hook and if you're looking to go all out we strongly suggest you order the pig head platter! The amazing selection of over forty different tequilas in addition to the great selection of margaritas! It really is the areas shining Mexican restaurant that needs to be explored. Service here is excellent and the music truly does add to the entire dining vibe we so adore. Free range meats and plenty of locally sourced vegetables and other ingredients as well.
