THE SILVER STAR CAFE
We've visited this rustic style cafe on several occasions and are more impressed each time. This inviting and cozy location with welcoming music and great views of the mountains or golf course is the place to unwind and relax. Dave Bible, the chef really knows how to serve up the goods such as their Braised Short Rib with Mushroom Risotto, Pork Osso Bucco, Pan Roasted Sea Bass, Crispy Pork Belly, Speck and Fig Flatbreads, Steamed Black Mussels, House-made Sausage Pizza, Silver Star Burger or Barbecue Pulled Pork Wrap!
