Not the most pleasant to look at but quite delicious to eat. The most popular variation is fried, referred to as Calamari. But also look out for squid legs, fried baby squids or found in soups, stews and pastas. Best eaten when prepared by Chefs whom only use daily caught Squid. The fresher, the better.
