Chef Tamearra Dyson has been at it since the age of 18 and really wanted to share the vegan lifestyle with others, but with flavors, texture and amazing choices. The range of Louisiana Creole here is simply incredible and simply put, non-vegans enjoy the dishes just as much! Some of our favorites here include the Southern Fried Tofu, Fresh cranberry sauce, Baked Mac and Cheese and of course the Pecan Praline Candied Yams!
