RED IGUANA - THE KILLER MEXICAN FOOD

When it comes to diners in America, the last place you think of when searching around is a Mexican theme right? But this place really has hit success with a full and vibrant menu which offers Moles in seven different recipes. Now even the pickiest eater will find a winner we're sure. In addition, they have their trademark Red Iguana and classic homemade Nachos and Quesadillas. Done the right way, not like the American style Mexican dishes that you may be used to. As you may imagine, a family-run place that has been using time-tested, generations old recipes and traditions when building their menu here. It truly is like visiting your grandmas house with everything prepared fresh on-site and to order. It's a rare thing to find a restaurant which actually lives up to the hype, but in our honest opinion and experience here, the Red Iguana does just that. Nothing fancy, just excellent, authentic, delicious Mexican food. It does tend to get busy as it's easily the best Mexican spot in Utah, so try to beat the lines. But, if you do end up waiting - it's well worth it friends.
