Our favorites at this restaurant include their Pecan Crunch Donut, the traditional Chicken and Waffles or the Pulled Pork Sandwich which truly has the perfect crunch. There is a clear reason they have been featured by Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, The New York Times, Food & Wine and New York. Reviews are tremendous and earned in every sense possible. Originally opened up in 2006, they expanded to a larger location by 2010 and continue to fill bellies and create smile day after day. Consider ordering their Fried Chicken Box, Burnt End Baked Beans, Hush Puppies, their world-famous Banana Cream Pies, Toffee Pecan Donuts, the Big Breakfast, Apple Pie, Cinnamon Rolls, Beer Battered Butternut Squash, Mac and Cheese, Fried Pickles and everything else to be quite honest. Atmosphere here is busy but super friendly. You truly need to visit and set the bar that much higher for Southern Style foods in NYC.
