First and foremost, what we truly adore about this local deli is their true commitment to local foragers, farmers and of course suppliers. There's something to be said about supporting your community instead of ordering from different countries, but also the fact that the ultimate freshness can be experienced unlike anything before. Great lunch and dinner options here but it's also super easy to order ahead and take away to enjoy at the comfort of your home. Lots of unique items here that are unmatched anywhere else, including their now world-famous house-made charcuterie. One thing we also look forward to are their range of house-made sodas, truly unique and refreshing. Sandwiches, trademark Meat Press Bowls and of course the Texas-smoked brisket available only on Saturdays is amazing. Reservations here are recommended due to their limited hours and great fan base. We suggest that you walk in hungry, as the portions are perfect and the flavors will make you smile. The ever-changing menu is always fun to explore and is based on what the local farmers have in stock at the time. This is the place to grab a great lunch when in Ottawa, don't miss out on it!
