LOLETA CHEESE FACTORY
Off highway 101, this cheese factory has been around since 1982 producing some of the best varieties of cheese in the nation! Each variety is hand-crafted to perfection, creamy and delicious with each bite! Bob, the owner is actually a self taught cheese maker whom has truly mastered the art form. At today's rate, they are producing over 5,000 pounds of cheese each day, now that is impressive. Bob also owns his own cows, so the milk used is fresh, organic and pure! They essentially make all cheeses but some of our favorites include the jack cheese or the habanero jack cheese for those whom prefer a bit of a kick!
