HOTEL IVANHOE RESTAURANT & SALOON

This famous restaurant and saloon is based out of Guy's hometown city of Ferndale! Originally a stage coach stop and even a Mexican eatery, it's the first place that Guy had a kitchen job. He started off scraping the cheese from the enchilada platters and was inspired to step it up from cleaning to cooking, which he did! Opened back in the 1870's, it has recently been restored and re-opened serving classical Italian-American dishes. Their famous menu items include the Chicken Cacciatore which is the definition of comfort food as well as their Italian sausage Risotto which is all local and handmade. Come visit and try some of the local favorites, it's worth the visit!
