He has taken the traditional cuisine found on the island and stylized it in such a way that will bring joy with each bite. Easily one of the most famous chefs located in Cuba, it's one of our most recommend located to eat when we're asked. Everything is always fresh and never, ever frozen. The quality of the meals stands out above the rest. The most popular dish here is their one and only Coffee Lobster. An interesting story of this curious recipe is that when preparing it for the French president himself, the Chef spilled a cup of espresso on it and ka-bam.. a new creation was born. A wonderful fusion of flavors, ingredients and presentation make this a stand out place. They are also famed for their delicious Pork Loin dish which is so juicy and tender you might even order a second serving to go. Without question, an easy 10!
