While fried chicken has been around for some time in the states, and good fried chicken too, it's hard to top the standards. BUT, you'll have to take our word for it when you say that Bok has really stepped up the game to a new level. Everything is prepared on site, fresh and made to order. They start with air-dried chicken, which is hand battered and dipped and then finalized with their double-fried finish. With this attention to detail and freshness, you get the juiciest and most gratifying fried chicken around. Unlike the other big top brands, these guys never freeze the chicken and only use hormone AND antibiotic free chicken. All of the sides and famous biscuits are also made on site, fresh. With three locations (two in Seattle), these guys are truly making their mark and we expect bigger and better things in the near future. Come here and try and of their sandwiches such as the Imami BBQ Chicken or Yuzu Green Chili Chicken. They also prepare incredible wings, Bowls, Tacos, Salads, and plenty of sides such as Kimchi Cheese Sauce or Orion Choco Pie! Also, you'll have your selection of sauces that range from 4 Chili Hot Sauce to our favorite, Bok-a-Bok Rance. In any case, prepare to experience fried chicken unlike any other before.
